The Realtor.com app for iOS (iPhone/iPad) and Android has been a great resource for Missoula home buyers, however, it is even more usable with the recent updates. If you are in the market, or just interested in keeping your eye on the market for the future, this is a great tool.
Features to this app include enhanced searching and mapping uses, such as the area highlighter (an area you can actually circle yourself), foreclosures, price reductions, new listings, etc. This app also includes a large number of photos that load quickly, as well as updates every 15 minutes. There is a space for notes and ratings, so that you can remember your thoughts about a home and save it for later. It is also very easy to shoot a listing off to a family member, friend, or directly to your realtor to setup a showing or gather additional information.
I have found this app really useful when I am showing properties in neighborhoods in and around Missoula. A lot of times I have home buyers who really like an area, but not the particular house we looked at. It makes it easy to pull up “real time” listings to show them what others are available at what prices in the area.
